A Will is the document in which a person states what is to happen with his or her assets after he or she passes away.

Advance Health Directive is a document in which a person states what kind of medical treatment he or she wants, or perhaps don’t want, in different circumstances.

An Advance Health Directive is a very important document because it assists your appointed Attorney under and Enduring Power of Attorney appointment in making decisions for you which you would prefer.

An Advance Health Directive takes away a lot of the stress and burdens of an Attorney appointed under and Enduring Power of Attorney associated with important health care decisions.

It is therefore important to do the right thing… if you put the responsibility on a family member or friend to make health decisions for you… make it easier on them by doing an Advance Health Directive which will help them make the right decisions for you.
